Product Description
GOT-400R Metal Flat Gasket can also be processed into the inner and outer ring of the spiral wound gasket. We will punch the gasket that with the size smaller than 8" by punching machine, and for the one that with large size by lathe. If for the expensive material as SS304, SS316, etc. As long as the sealing plane is not over wide, we will basically use the special ring rolling machine, process by the wire rod, to largely cut cost. The carbon steel outer ring can be coated with Zn, white Zn, or paint-drying, and the typing will be according to the standards or the demands.
Product structure:
The metal interface flat gasket, choose kinds of solid metal, mechanically cut and processed into kinds of metal sealing gaskets by high precision NC lathe, suitable for the sealing parts of pressure container, valve, cylinder head with high temperature, high pressure, and strong corrosion. General characteristic is installation area small and preload pressure high.
GOT-400R Metal Flat Gasket can also be processed into the inner and outer ring of the spiral wound gasket. GOT self design and manufacture the ring processing special equipment, outer ring trench cutter, and inner ring chamfering machine. Comparing with the traditional lathe, it is high efficient, low cost, and need no special fixture.
